Care is a collaboration. Your voice leads.

We begin by listening to your experiences, strengths, and hopes. Together, we shape a plan that respects your identity, preferences, and pace.

Your therapist may draw on approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and emotion-regulation skills. You’ll check in along the way and adjust the plan as your needs change. Every person’s experience is different.
